Green Tea Mastery: A Step-by-Step Guide to Brewing the Perfect Cup

Instructions:

To prepare a delightful pot of Kashmiri Tea, start by adding 2 cups of water to a pot. Introduce Kashmiri Tea Leaves to the water, followed by 1 Elachi, 1 Star Anise or Badian Phool, 1 Clove or Long, and 1 teaspoon of salt. 

Give the mixture a good mix and let it boil for 3 minutes. For that unique pink hue, add 1 teaspoon of Meetha Soda, then allow it to simmer for a further 30 minutes.

After the initial 30 minutes, incorporate 2 cups of chilled water into the pot and continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes. 

Meanwhile, in a separate pot, take 2 cups of milk, and add sugar or salt to taste. Introduce half a cup of Kashmiri Tea in it and let it cook for an additional 10 minutes. 

The result will be a fragrant and flavorful Kashmiri Tea, ready to be enjoyed sip by sip. The careful combination of spices, along with the Meetha Soda, not only imparts a unique color but also contributes to the rich and aromatic essence of this traditional beverage.
